Complaints relating to Content
Any complaint relating to content of TV channel of INX News Private Limited namely: NewsX, under the Code of Ethics & Broadcasting Standards and News Broadcasting Standards (Disputes Redressal) Regulations of News Broadcasters Association (NBA) shall be made by a person aggrieved within a reasonable time not exceeding 7 (seven) days from the date of first broadcast to the following person appointed by the Company whose details are reproduced below:

Why NEWS Channel shows Problems ? Why can't they show solutions !!!!!
The local MSOin Chennai "SCV" has stopped transmission of NESWX from oct 15 after you went FTA and switched TP.
Please ensure that the transmission is restored and analogue carriage is in a better tunable freq.
Please clarify whether you intend to be part of the DD dth platform and if so, when?

the photo shown on the main page for the news "court quashes cases against hafiz sayeed" shows photo of ZAKI-UR-REHMAN LAKVI and not of hafiz sayeed, please correct the same.
Most of the Tv News Channels say bad things about SANTS of our country.
They not also care of The manners given.
They say their name as if they are older than Saints
that means they have no manners which are given when one is a child.
News channels only say against the Sants
they donot show the good works done by these GREAT SAINTS
we are unable to ge newsx in lajpat nagar area. kindly make it visible in lajpat nagar.
We the people of Darjeeling (GORKHAS) are very disappointed with the National News channels.We are on a Indefinite strike and its been almost 2 weeks.But not even a single National News channel is here to take our grievances to the national level.We really need your cooperation.Aren't we Indians?Can't we raise voice for our rights also?When it comes to National security we are the ones to sacrifice our lives.Even in Kargil in 1999, 1/11 GORKHA REGIMENT was the main scouting regiment to crush the Pakistanise.We have made histories for our bravery and sacrifices,and we'll keep on doing this until the last Gorkha is alive.
So,now when we are looking for our identity,why aren't we being supported by our fellowmen?

I have no complaint against your channel but I have a complaint against HSBC credit cards as they are harassing me by asking me to pay Annual Fee plus taxes thereon for the card which I have asked them to cancel and they have already closed my card account. Could you please guide me how to tackle this grievance against HSBC credit cards ?
