Maharashtra Government on Tuesday announced the appointment of a two-member high level panel, headed by former Nagaland Governor R D Pradhan, to probe the November 26 terror strikes in Mumbai.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan made this announcement in the state Legislative Assembly in Nagpur on Tuesday.
Former IPS officer V Bhalchandra will be the other member of the panel, which has been asked to submit its report in two months. Bhalchandra will enjoy the status of Minister of State.
