The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) is honouring the 70s screen diva Mumtaz, who scorched the screen with her performances in Do Raaste, Khilona and Mela, with the Outstanding Contribution by an Indian in Cinema - and the actress says she is overwhelmed with the honour.

"I was in the film industry just for 13 years and to remember me after 35 years is really an honour," said Mumtaz.

"I will thank all the producers, directors and the people involved in IIFA for remembering and honouring me with such an important award. I will also thank my fans because they have also shown me love and affection. In fact, what my fans shown towards me is devotion," added Mumtaz.

The actress said that she is having a blast in Bangkok with her two daughters. "I have come early so that I can get to see Bangkok."

Although she is based in London, Mumtaz says that she spends plenty of time with her daughter Natasha, who is married to Bollywood actor Fardeen Khan.

"We spend lot of time together. We keep visiting each other. We hardly spend more than 15 days without each other" she added cheerfully.

Asked about her making a comeback, she said, "I have become too lazy to do anything."
