Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao has reviewed the progress of India-US strategic dialogue with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and top US officials and briefed them on the recent Indo-Pak talks.

Terming as "tragic," Pakistan's use of terror as state policy, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said India is ready to resolve all outstanding issues with the country on the condition that it will not allow its territory to be used against its neighbour.

Mounting pressure on Pakistan, the US on Friday asked it to ensure "swift and lengthy" punishment to the perpetrators of Mumbai attacks, including LeT founder Hafiz Saeed, and dismantle terror infrastructure existing there.
