The Maharashtra government has opposed the bail plea of 2008 Malegaon bomb blast accused Sadhavi Pragya Singh Thakur saying it had challenged the lower court's order which dropped charges under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act in the case.
Four persons belonging to a right-wing Hindu group linked to Malegaon blast accused sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur were detained on Saturday in connection with the explosion in Goa's Margao town in which two members of the outfit were killed.
