The Rajasthan High Court has issued notices to Chief Electoral officer of Rajasthan, the returning officer of Sawai Madhopur constituency, Minister of state for Finance and Congress candidate from the Lok sabha constituency Namo Narayan Meena.

The first session of the 13th Legislative Assembly in Rajasthan, which went to the polls on December 4, would begin in Jaipur on January one, while the Gehlot government would go for the vote-of-confidence on January 3.

"No bowler in Congress is capable of bowling out BJP. The possibility is only of a hit-wicket like it happened in some states in the Assembly polls," Advani told a meeting of the BJP Parliamentary Party meeting in the capital.

Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje appears headed for trouble with the new Congress government in the state ordering an inquiry into the various allegations against the BJP leader and her previous government.

Ashok Gehlot, who spearheaded the Congress campaign and brought it back to power in assembly elections in Rajasthan, was on Saturday sworn-in as Chief Minister for a second term in office.
