    Over 75 lakhs trucks will go off the road from April 5 with the apex truckers' body, All India Motor Transport Congress, today calling for an indefinite strike demanding a roll-back of the fuel price hike announced in the Budget, among others.

    Life came to a standstill in Nepal where traffic was disrupted and markets and schools remained shut on sunday as Maoists enforced a general strike to protest against clashes between police and homeless squatters backed by them that left six people dead during a demolition drive in Kailali.
