Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have entered a joyful new chapter in their lives with the birth of their first child. The couple welcomed their baby at HN Reliance Hospital in Mumbai today.
On Sunday, both Deepika and Ranveer, along with their family, were spotted arriving at the hospital, though they managed to stay out of the photographers’ lenses by remaining in their covered car. Soon after, other family members were also seen at the hospital.
This happy news follows their recent visit to Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai on Friday, where the couple sought blessings ahead of their baby’s arrival. A video from that day showed Deepika dressed in a traditional green saree, her baby bump clearly visible as she walked barefoot.

The couple first announced their pregnancy in February, sharing a joint post with baby-themed designs, and teasing “September 2024” as the due month. They also shared photos from a maternity shoot, where Deepika proudly displayed her baby bump with Ranveer by her side.
Rumors suggest that the couple may move into a new apartment in Bandra, close to Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic Mannat residence. The luxurious apartment is said to span floors 16 to 19 and feature a private terrace.
Deepika and Ranveer, who began dating in 2013 during the making of Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram-Leela, kept their relationship under wraps until they tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at Lake Como, Italy in 2018, with close friends and family in attendance.
