Karnataka Assembly polls: PM Modi holds mega road show in Bengaluru

On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a massive roadshow in Bengaluru as part of the final phase of his campaign for the Karnataka Assembly elections. The voting in Karnataka will take place on May 10 and the results will be announced on May 13. On both sides of the road where the Prime Minister’s cavalcade is travelling during the roadshow, which spans nearly 26 km and covers nearly 13 constituencies, there are lines of people waiting to see the Prime Minister.

PM Modi acknowledged the crowd by waving his hands while riding on the top of a truck. Additionally, he was showered with flower petals. This weekend, according to reports, PM Modi has two massive road shows and four public meetings planned.

According to them, the first roadshow will cover a distance of about 8 km, while the second will cover a distance of 30 km. In a similar vein, PM Modi will speak at four public gatherings on May 7 in various locations across the state.

Prior to that, PM Modi conducted a roadshow in Bengaluru that spanned five kilometres and one in Mysore on April 30 that attracted a sizable crowd. The Prime Minister held a massive roadshow in Kalaburagi earlier on Tuesday. The BJP has expressed confidence in retaining power in the state for another term with a landslide vote.
