Ahead of the trailer launch, new posters for ‘House of the Dragon Season 2’ have been revealed. The trailer for the upcoming second season of the ‘Game of Thrones’ spin-off series is set to debut on March 21. The official X page of ‘House of the Dragon’ shared these new posters.
These six new posters highlight the key characters of the HBO series. Each poster prominently features the phrase “All Must Choose,” hinting at dramatic shifts reminiscent of the original series. With unexpected deaths and significant upheavals, ‘House of the Dragon Season 2′ promises to deliver the same gripping narrative twists. The new season is scheduled to premiere in June 2024 on Max, with streaming available in India on JioCinema.
Showrunner Ryan Condal discussed the series’ return in a recent interview with a leading news portal. Condal said, “I’m eager to continue where we left off. Now, we can delve into the more traditional storytelling and Game of Thrones rhythms. We’ve always envisioned this particular tale, as has George [R.R. Martin], as a Shakespearean or Greek tragedy. This series is largely about a house tearing itself apart from within. With all the pieces now in place, I’m excited to tell the next chapter and see what unfolds now that Viserys is no longer present to maintain order.”
