Shah Rukh Khan is one of the biggest stars in the Hindi film industry. The actor enjoys an enviable fan following because of his impressive body of work and acclaimed performances.
The star is currently in the limelight because of the Indian Premier League 2024 (IPL 2024), which kicked off on Friday (March 22). The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), the franchise owned by him, kicked off its campaign on Saturday (March 23) with a 4-run win over the Sun Risers Hyderabad (SRH).
Rinku Singh, one of KKR’s big attractions, took to Instagram to share a photo with fans. In it, the cricketer and his family are seen with King Khan.
Rinku captioned the photo: “The ones who make my heart smile.”

SRK has shared a close bond with Rinku since the time the young cricketer smashed five sixes in the final over of a league game last season to help KKR beat the Gujarat Titans (GT). Rinku revealed that the ‘Zero’ star promised to dance at his wedding.
SRK, meanwhile, is going through a busy phase on the work front. The actor had a terrific 2023 which saw him score hits with ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawan’. The former was directed by Siddharth Anand and belonged to the Yash Raj Films Spyverse. It featured Deepika Padukone as the leading lady and John Abraham as the antagonist. Jawan, on the other hand, was directed by Atlee Kumar and featured SRK in a double role. King Khan closed out the year with ‘Dunki’, which did not do as well as expected at the box office.
Shah Rukh Khan is yet to officially announce his next film. However, he is expected to return for ‘Pathaan 2’. He is also said to be in talks for a film with Suhana Khan, his daughter.
