Security forces have launched an operation at Check Mohalla Nowpora in the Sopore area of Baramulla District in Jammu & Kashmir. The police and security forces are conducting the operation to eliminate the militants who are hiding in the area.
Previously, a joint search operation was initiated by the Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police in Uri, Baramulla on Thursday, resulting in the apprehension of a suspected individual.
This operation was prompted by precise information provided by intelligence agencies, as stated by the Indian Army’s Chinar Corps. Additionally, the security forces discovered one pistol along with other items resembling war equipment.
