“All of us went to meet him four or five years back. There were mainly directors and actors. Of course, you see him on TV and he is a great orator. However, I remember the moment (when he met him in person). He has got this charm,” he said.
The actor went on to add that Modi tried to strike up a personal rapport with those in attendance even though, given his position, he didn’t need to.
“He came, sat down and spoke something so personal to each person. My father was going through treatment. He asked how the treatment is going. Everything was personal. That kind of effort you see in great men. It says a lot about that person,” added the actor.
Ranbir then turned the tables and asked Nikhil to speak about his rapport with PM Modi. Responding to his queries, the entrepreneur said that he had the “privilege” of being around him at a couple of events.
