A total of 13,47,820 students registered for CUET UG 2024, including 7,17,248 male candidates, 6,30,565 female candidates, and seven transgender students.

Out of these, 11,13,610 candidates appeared for the exam across 379 cities in India and 26 cities abroad. Among those who took the test, there were 5,19,283 female candidates, 5,94,324 male candidates, and three transgender candidates.

The CUET UG 2024 answer key for the May tests was released on July 7, with a window for raising objections from July 7 to July 9. The answer key for the July 19 exam was published on July 22, and candidates had until July 23 to submit objections. During this period, about 9,512 challenges were received, with 1,782 being unique. The final answer key was issued on July 25, incorporating feedback from an expert committee formed to review the challenges.

Along with the results, the NTA has provided details such as the number of students who registered and appeared for the exam. Next, universities will determine the cut-off marks for admission to various courses, and qualified candidates can apply accordingly. Note that there will be no centralized counseling for CUET UG this year. Approximately 13.48 lakh students were eligible for the university entrance test this year.
