Robert Jobson’s latest book, “Catherine, The Princess of Wales: A Biography of the Future Queen,” has recently been released. Since its launch, several stories about the royal family have captured public interest.
One notable incident described in the book involves a heated exchange between Prince William and Meghan Markle, during which Markle reportedly told the Prince of Wales, “Keep your finger out of my face.”
According to OK Magazine, an excerpt from Jobson’s book reveals that the confrontation originated from a disagreement between Markle and Catherine while Catherine was pregnant with Prince Louis. Markle attributed the Princess of Wales’ behaviour to “baby brain.” In response, the Princess of Wales allegedly remarked that they were not close enough for Markle to comment on “her hormones.”
Things apparently escalated when Prince William entered the picture to defend his wife. He allegedly told Markle, “Well, it’s rude, Meghan. These things are not done here,” while pointing a finger at her. In response, Meghan snapped back, “Take your finger out of my face.”
In his book, Jobson notes that Catherine was initially reluctant to assume the title of Princess of Wales following her marriage to Prince William. She was concerned about the potential “stressful” comparisons with her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, who had previously held the same title.
Jobson penned, “She knew she’d inevitably be compared with Diana, whose untimely death had provoked such a tsunami of anger and grief. And she was right,” as reported the Daily Mail.
A source on the same stated, “Harry is very anxious to go home and see his dad, catch up with his friends for his birthday in September, and also pay a visit to his aunt, Princess Anne. But the situation hasn’t changed for Meghan.”
