Govinda’s son, Yashvardhan Ahuja, is receiving backlash on social media. On Tuesday morning, he posted a monochrome photo of himself on Instagram, where he appears to be smoking a cigarette with an intense expression.
Although he included a no-smoking emoji in the caption, many netizens were quick to criticize the image. Numerous social media users flocked to the comments, urging Yashvardhan not to tarnish his father’s reputation.

Reacting to the news, one use commented, “Don’t spoil your father’s honour like this,” as another wrote, “DON’T SMOKE BROTHER.” One of the fans also expressed concern for Yashvardhan and wrote, “smoking is injurious to health sir.” “No no smoke please sir health ke liye khatra hai,” another comment read.
Another asked, “Does govinda know that you smoke?”
Yashvardhan Ahuja, son of Govinda and Sunita Munjal, has a sister named Narmada ‘Tina’ Ahuja, who debuted in Bollywood in 2015 with the movie Second Hand Husband.
Yashvardhan is set to make his Bollywood debut with a film titled Aao Twist Karen. In 2023, reports indicated that the movie would be produced by Govinda, but a director had yet to be chosen, and there have been no further updates since.
Yashvardhan’s controversial photo follows closely on the heels of Kriti Sanon facing online criticism for allegedly smoking during her vacation in Greece.
