Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently sent fans into a frenzy with a heartwarming and surprising gift he created for his wife, Priscilla Chan. The couple, who have been married for over ten years and share three daughters—Maxima, August, and Aurelia—have captured attention with this thoughtful gesture.
Earlier today, Zuckerberg posted a touching photo on Instagram of his wife standing beside a massive sculpture of herself in their backyard. The larger-than-life sculpture was crafted by artist Daniel Arsham, known for his work in both design and wearable art.
Zuckerberg captioned the post, “Bringing back the Roman tradition of making sculptures of your wife. Thanks @/danielarsham.” The statue, colored in a soft light blue with a silver cloak draped over it, gives Chan an almost angelic appearance in the couple’s garden.

Fans quickly reacted to the romantic gesture, with one person commenting on Twitter, “I apologize Mark, I wasn’t familiar with your game.” Another added, “Ok I gotta respect this cause that’s awesome. But he just raised the bar for the rest of us.”
Zuckerberg previously discussed his relationship with Chan during a 2022 episode of The Joe Rogan Podcast, where he spoke about how working together on philanthropic projects deepened their bond. He said, “It’s been really cool getting the chance to work with my wife Priscilla on this, it’s opened up a whole new side of our relationship, where it’s like we were partners and now we also get to work together.” He praised Chan, noting, “She’s brilliant, she’s a doctor and understands so many more things about biological science than I do, and I can bring this whole engineering perspective, and we learn so much from doing that together.”

In 2023, the couple celebrated their 20th anniversary as partners. Zuckerberg shared a nostalgic post on Facebook, writing, “20 years since our first date. We met at a going away party my friends threw for me in college when they thought I was about to get kicked out of school.”
