In celebration of the 78th Independence Day and as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, the Indian Army held a vibrant Tiranga Rally today in the Bagtore region, close to the Line of Control (LOC) in Gurez Valley, Bandipora district, North Kashmir. The rally saw enthusiastic involvement from a diverse group of students and local residents, who came together to demonstrate their patriotic spirit.

Beginning at High Ground Bagtore, the rally wound through the main market before returning to Rana Post Bagtore. The event was marked by a strong sense of national unity, with participants proudly waving the national flag and marching through the streets. The rally was alive with patriotic fervor, as chants of “Har Ghar Tiranga” and the strains of patriotic music filled the air.
Local resident Zahoor Ahmad Mir expressed his pride in participating, noting how the rally fostered a sense of community. Former Kanzalwan Sarpanch Ghulam Mohideen Lone also praised the event, highlighting the collective spirit and enthusiasm of those involved.
