In the realm of artificial intelligence and technology innovation, few names resonate as profoundly as Ravi Daparthi, co-founder and CTO of Signatives IT Solutions Private Limited. In an exclusive interview with NewsX on the A-List, we are joined by the entrepreneur with the host Uday Pratap Singh, Editor as they delve into the journey and vision of this dynamic entrepreneur. Known for his exceptional contributions to data science, AI, and Generative AI (Gen AI), Ravi Daparthi is a figure whose insights are shaping the future of technology.

Ravi, a serial entrepreneur with over two decades in the tech industry, has carved a niche for himself through his ventures, most notably Oorwin and Signatives. His journey is fueled by a passion for leveraging technology to tackle complex challenges. “So the journey behind the organizations that we found, including Urwin and Signatives, have been driven by a passion of leveraging technology to solve complex challenges.” Ravi explained. “In my previous venture, we were predominantly solving the challenges of human resource management, the recruitment using the latest technologies in AI. Our current venture, Signatives, stands out in the field of data science AI and Gen AI, predominantly emphasizing innovative product engineering services.”

Signatives’ approach is unique, combining deep technological expertise with a customer-centric philosophy. “Basically, what we typically do as part of our service offerings is if any organization wants to adopt AI and Gen AI, we provide them a consulting services.” Ravi elaborated. “We understand A to Z of their business, and we We’ll propose what solutions that we can build using AI and Gen AI in terms of increasing efficiency, productivity, automating. There are a lot of things that can be done. So our unique approach combines a deep technology expertise with a customer-centric philosophy, ensuring that our solutions are not only just a cutting edge, but also highly relevant to the needs of our customers.”

The role of AI in the business world is set to expand exponentially over the next five years. Ravi is optimistic about this evolution, predicting significant advancements. ” We can expect AI to enhance the decision-making process through all the advanced analytics and predictive models that we have been seeing. At this point of time, all these technologies are evolving,” he noted. “So one thing that hasn’t started yet, or probably is in the early stages at this point of time, is integrating all these AI and Gen AI with all the existing technologies like Internet of Things, AI and Gen AI integration with Internet of Things or blockchains. All of this would create a new business models and opportunities fostering innovation and competitive advantage in the coming days.”

Fostering innovation and high performance within his teams is another area where Ravi excels. “Empowering teams and giving them autonomy is crucial,” he emphasized. “Gone are the days when leaders could dictate actions. Now, it’s about encouraging open communication and collaboration. Continuous learning is also vital, given the rapid pace of technological advancements. Recognizing and rewarding high performance is essential to maintain motivation and drive.”

One of Ravi’s standout projects involves an AI-enabled platform designed to solve recruitment problems. “So the recruitment problem is a very old, age-old problem that most of these recruiters are facing, where they spend a lot of time manually in terms of screening the candidates, understanding the need, and all of that stuff. So what we did as part of the product implementation is we We have automated all of this,” Ravi said. “We automated this process, reducing the time from 15 hours to just 15 seconds. Another project focuses on automating content generation for media and sports articles, significantly reducing the time required to produce and publish content.”

Balancing the technical and human aspects of leadership in a tech-driven company is a challenge Ravi navigates with finesse. “Empathy and communication are key,” he stated. “As a leader, you have to be an active listener to your team. You need to consistently listen to your teams and encourage them to be more vocal about their ideas, and you need to provide that support.”

These breakthroughs drive Ravi Daparthi’s continued leadership and overall visionary work in AI & tech.
