Tech Millionaire Bryan Johnson Offers Anti-Aging ‘Blueprint Stack’ for $343, Claiming Revolutionary Results

Millionaire tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson claims to have cracked the code on anti-aging and is now selling a part of his regime, known as Project Blueprint, for $343. Johnson says he reversed his biological age by over 5 years through this program, which includes a special diet, over 100 daily supplements, medical monitoring, therapies, and exercise.

One component of Project Blueprint is the “Blueprint stack,” which consists of a drink mix, protein, 8 pills, snake oil, 67 powerful therapies, and 400 calories. Johnson asserts that this stack, backed by over 1,000 clinical trials, costs less than fast food and is “second only to Mother’s milk.”

The stack is intended to supplement deficiencies rather than replace meals entirely. Johnson recommends replacing 400 calories from one’s current diet with the Blueprint stack. However, it’s important to note that there is no scientific consensus on the effectiveness of Project Blueprint, and the $2 million annual cost of Johnson’s anti-aging interventions may not be feasible for most individuals.

Johnson’s product is available for delivery to 23 countries, including the USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, the UAE, and the United Kingdom.
