Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren's JMM-led INDIA alliance achieved a remarkable victory, securing 56 seats in the 81-member state assembly. The BJP, which initially held a strong lead during early counting, ended up winning 21 seats.

Congress state in-charge Ghulam Ahmad Mir stated, "The Congress Legislative Party meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, with all newly elected MLAs in attendance. The meeting will take place as planned... Following this, there will be another meeting with the alliance partners... Decisions regarding the next steps will be made after these discussions."

As the BJP-led Mahayuti prepares to form the government in Maharashtra, BJP leader Pankaja Munde expressed, "This is a significant victory for the Mahayuti. The response has exceeded our expectations. We are extremely pleased as the public has rejected false narratives and embraced the politics of development."

In Ranchi, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and leaders of the Mahagathbandhan alliance were seen flashing victory signs as the coalition looks set to form the next government in the state.

With the JMM-led Mahagathbandhan maintaining its lead in Jharkhand, Kalpana Soren, party candidate from Gandey and wife of CM Hemant Soren, expressed gratitude, saying, "I deeply thank the people of Gandey, Giridih, and the entire state for their love and for embracing me as their daughter..."

During the counting for the Maharashtra and Jharkhand elections, Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary said, "We will form the government in Maharashtra and Jharkhand and win all four Bihar bypoll seats."

With the JMM-led Mahagathbandhan maintaining its lead in Jharkhand, Kalpana Soren, the party’s candidate from Gandey and wife of CM Hemant Soren, celebrates the moment.

MoS Defence and BJP MP Sanjay Seth says, "...Jharkhand has 81 seats and Maharashtra has 288 seats. The scope is greater there. We have 81 seats, so the scope is less. But I can confidently say that as the sun goes up, gap will increase...I can confidently say that the wave of change that was seen in Jharkhand - corruption, vote jihad, shattering of the dreams of youth, atrocities of women in 5 years. I am fully confident that the tsunami you see in Maharashtra will come to Jharkhand too at 12 noon..."

As the vote counting is set to take place tomorrow, Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister, Vijay Sinha, expressed confidence, stating, "The NDA will form the government in both Maharashtra and Jharkhand. The NDA will also win all four Bihar bypoll seats. The election results will reveal who the public places their trust in"
