MHT CET 2024: Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Registration Deadline Extended

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has prolonged the registration period for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) 2024, a pivotal state-level examination facilitating admissions into engineering and pharmacy programs across multiple colleges in Maharashtra. The revised registration deadline is now March 8, 2024, providing interested and eligible candidates with an extended window to complete their registration process via the official website.

An official communication from the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, emphasized the extension of dates for the MHT-CET-2024 examination, aimed at facilitating admissions to professional courses in Engineering/Technology, Pharmacy, Planning, and Agricultural Education through the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai, for the academic year 2024-25. The examination is slated to be conducted at various centers within and outside Maharashtra State.

The updated registration schedule and comprehensive information brochure for the examination are readily accessible on the official website www.mahacet.org of the State Common Entrance Test Cell. The MHT CET exam for Pharmacy is scheduled to take place from April 16 to 23, while the engineering examination will be conducted from April 25 to 30.

MHT CET serves as a crucial state-level entrance test facilitating admissions into engineering and pharmacy programs across a spectrum of colleges within the state. Administered annually by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell, the syllabus for MHT CET encompasses Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology of classes 11 and 12. Prospective students intending to pursue BTech courses are required to undertake the Mathematics section, while those aspiring for BPharma programs need to tackle the Biology segment.
