This year, the NIRF introduced new categories, ranking 50 State Public Universities and an additional 50 institutions within the 51-100 rank band. Additionally, only three institutions received rankings in both the Open Universities and Skill Universities categories.
The NIRF ranking framework evaluates institutions based on five broad parameters: Teaching, Learning and Resources (TLR), Research and Professional Practice (RP), Graduation Outcome (GO), Outreach and Inclusivity (OI), and Perception (PR). These rankings provide a comprehensive assessment of each institution’s overall performance, offering a detailed view of their strengths in the field of legal education.
