The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML) proudly announced a 100% placement success for its 38th batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and 19th batch of Postgraduate Program in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students. The institute secured a remarkable 634 offers for 576 students, with recruiters spanning various sectors, including ABG, Accenture, Adani Group, Bain & Company, BCG, Deloitte, Jio Financial Services, Kearney, McKinsey, Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble, PwC, Samagra, Shell, VISA, Target, and TAS, among others.

The highest international package (CTC) offered reached an unprecedented Rs 1.23 Crore Per Annum (CPA), showcasing the global demand for IIM Lucknow graduates. Simultaneously, the highest domestic salary package (CTC) touched Rs 65 LPA.

Despite challenging job market conditions, IIM Lucknow attributes its success to exceptional pedagogy and instilling strong values in its students. Prof. Priyanka Sharma, Chairperson of Students’ Affairs and Placement, emphasized the institute’s standing among the top B-schools in the country. The mean salary for students averaged around Rs 30 LPA, reflecting the quality of education and talent nurtured at the institute.

Top firms in FMCG, consumer goods, telecom, and digital media actively participated in the recruitment process, including AbInBev, Airtel, Bajaj Consumer Care, Dabur, Delhivery, Essar Group, HUL, and Proctor & Gamble. The BFSI sector saw esteemed companies such as Avendus Capital, ADM Capital, Arpwood Capital, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, ICICI Securities, IIFL, JM Financial, Kaabil Finance, NIIF, and O3 Capital, offering diverse roles in investment research, corporate/wholesale/retail banking, market research, trading, and operations. IIM Lucknow’s exceptional placements reinforce its reputation as a preferred destination for organizations despite economic challenges.
