UP Board 10th And 12th Results 2024: Results Anticipated Shortly

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is set to announce the results of the High School and Intermediate board examinations for the year 2024.

Students who appeared for these exams can check their results on the official websites of UPMSP: upmsp.edu.in, upresults.nic.in, or result.upmsp.edu.in.

Students registered for Class 10 and Class 12 UP board exam

Total of 55,25,308 candidates had enrolled for the UP Board examination in 2024.

Among them, 29,99,507 candidates registered for the high school Board exams,

25,25,801 candidates registered for the intermediate board examination.

However, during the high school examination, 1,84,986 candidates did not appear, and for the intermediate board exam, 1,39,022 candidates did not appear.

How to Check UP Class 10 & 12 Board Exam Results:

1. Visit the Official Website:
– Go to the official site of UPMSP results at upresults.nic.in.

2. Find the Result Link:
– Click on the “UP Board 10th, 12th Results 2023” link available on the home page.

3. Enter Details:
– Enter the required details such as Roll Number/Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.

4. Submit:
– After entering the details, click on the “Submit” button.

5. View Result:
– Your result will be displayed on the screen.

6. Download and Print:
– Check the result details carefully.
– Download the result page for future reference.
– It is recommended to keep a hard copy of the result for any further requirements.

Important Information about UP Board Class 10 & 12 Exams:

– Exam Dates:
– The High School (Class 10) and Intermediate (Class 12) board examinations were conducted between February 22 and March 9, 2024.

– Passing Marks:
– To pass the Class 10 and 12 exams, students need to score a minimum of 33 marks in each subject.

– Previous Year Results:
– In the Class 10 exam for the year 2023, the pass percentage was 89.78%. The topper was Priyanshi Soni from Sitapur with 98.33%.
– For Class 12 in 2023, the overall pass percentage was 75.52%. The topper was Shubh Chhapra from Mahoba.

– Expected Result Date:
– As per media reports, the UP Board Class 10 and 12 results for 2024 are likely to be announced on April 12, 2024.

Security Measures for UP Board Exams 2024:

– Exam Invigilators:
– More than three lakh exam invigilators were deployed for the UP Board exams this year.

– Three-Tier Team:
– A three-tier team was established, consisting of the centre administrator, external centre administrator, and static magistrate, to prevent malpractices.

– STF and Police Mobilization:
– The Special Task Force (STF), local intelligence department, and police were mobilized to combat cheating.

– Monitoring Social Media:
– A Quick Response Team (QRT) was created to address any irregularities found online.

– Paper Evaluation:
– The evaluation process of Class 10 and 12 answer sheets was completed by March 31, 2024.

Caution Against Cyber Fraudsters:

– The UPMSP has cautioned Class 10 and 12 students against cyber fraudsters who may try to deceive them in the name of increasing their marks.
– UPMSP Chairman Dibyakant Shukla urged students and parents to report any such incidents immediately to the district school inspector.
