Angelina Jolie Will Prove Brad Pitt’s Alleged Physical Abuse Before 2016 Plane Confrontation With These Evidences- Deets Inside!

In a new court filing, Angelina Jolie alleges that Brad Pitt was physically abusive towards her before the highly publicized plane incident in 2016, which prompted Jolie to file for divorce. According to the filing, Pitt’s history of physical abuse began long before the family trip in September 2016 from France to Los Angeles. Jolie claims that this flight was the first time Pitt turned his abuse onto their children as well, prompting her to immediately leave him.

At the time of the alleged plane altercation, the couple’s six children – Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Vivienne and Knox – were between the age of 8 and 15. Despite these claims, a custody trial took place that examined the entire history of their relationship. A judge who heard all the evidence still granted Pitt 50/50 custody.

Regarding the 2016 plane incident, Pitt denied any abuse and investigations by the FBI and DCFS concluded in November 2016 with no charges or findings against him. Jolie’s recent lawsuit states she can support her claims of longstanding physical abuse by Pitt with testimony, emails, photographs and other evidence. A friend of Pitt claims this is a pattern – whenever a decision goes against Jolie’s side, she introduces misleading or irrelevant information as a distraction.

A source spilled the beans that Jolie’s legal team has access to “emails, photos, and testimony” that were “presented under seal in the custody case that would help her in this matter.” However, she “doesn’t want to use” them, the source added concluding, “If this does go to trial, she will be forced to use that evidence in the trial whether she wants to or not.”

The legal battle over their Chateau Miraval vineyard began in 2022 when Pitt sued Jolie for selling her stake without his consent. Jolie countersued for $250 million, claiming Pitt tried to seize control after their divorce. She sold her portion only because Pitt refused to remove non-disclosure clauses, the countersuit alleges.

Pitt and Jolie met in 2004 on the set of Mr. and Mrs Smith, with Pitt allegedly leaving his then-wife Jennifer Aniston for Jolie. By the time they had their first biological child together in 2006, Jolie had already adopted two children. They later expanded their family before divorcing in 2016.
