On Thursday, March 7, the National Award winner announced his latest directorial venture, ‘Tanvi The Great’. He shared the good news on the occasion of his birthday with a special video featuring his mother.

And the best way I thought to start is by taking the blessings of my mother in her temple with my father’s pic blessing me too. Have been working on this musical story of #Passion #Courage #Innocence and #Joy for the last three years. And finally starting shooting tomorrow on the auspicious day of #Mahashivratri,” posted Kher.

The actor, who previously directed ‘Om Jai Jagadish’, further asked fans for their wishes on his birthday.

‘Tanvi The Great’ will go on floors tomorrow, March 8, on the occasion of Mahashivaratri. It is produced under the Anupam Kher Studio banner.
This comes at a time when Kher is going through a busy phase on the work front. He garnered attention with his performance in Ravi Teja’s Tiger Nageshwara Rao, which was released in 2023.
Kher was last seen in ‘Kaagaz 2’, which opened in theatres on March 2. He is currently gearing up for the release of Vijay 69. He also has ‘Chhota Bheem and the Curse of Damyaan’ and ‘The India House’ in his kitty.
