The engagement, which occurred some time ago, is now being openly shared with their close circles. A source spilled the beans on the same, sharing, “They have been besotted with each other from day one so taking this next step was inevitable. They are in no rush to plan the wedding but are just enjoying making their commitment official.”
Dakota Johnson, who is best known for her role in Fifty Shades of Grey, was spotted wearing an emerald green ring on her wedding finger during her 34th birthday celebration in Los Angeles last October. If sources are to be believed, the engagement news coincides with Dakota’s recent interview where she expressed her desire to experience motherhood, adding that she is open to the idea.
Gwyneth Paltrow, who was earlier married to Chris Martin, reportedly approves of the relationship, describing Dakota as an “adorable, wonderful person” and expressing her friendship with the actress. The couple began their relationship in 2017, a year after Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow consciously uncoupled. Gwyneth even made headlines last year when she posted a photo of Dakota and Chris holding hands.
