The pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and his fiance Radhika Merchant commenced on Friday. Pop Icon Rihanna arrived in Jamnagar to perform at the events. Numerous Bollywood celebrities, such as Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor, and many more, graced the event with their presence. However, it was international pop icon Rihanna who captivated the audience with her debut performance in India.
Rihanna electrified the ambiance with her performance, inspiring everyone to groove to her chart-topping hits. The audience was exhilarated as Rihanna took the stage, delivering a medley of her biggest hits, including ‘Pour it Up,’ ‘Wild Things,’ and ‘Diamonds,’ among others. Downing a neon-green glittering dress, Rihanna warmly congratulated the couple, yet inadvertently mispronounced Radhika’s name, prompting swift reactions from netizens across social media platforms.
Rihanna started her show by saying, “Good evening everyone. It is my honour to be here tonight. I have never been to India. And thanks to the Ambani family, I am here tonight. Anant and Radiki (Radhika), thank you for having me here. God bless your union. I wish you all the best. Congratulations. How many of you believe in love?”
