People for Animals initiated a sting operation to uncover the exploitation of rare animals, leading them to approach Elvish Yadav based on a tip-off regarding his alleged network involved in such activities. According to the complaint, Yadav assisted by providing contacts who facilitated the procurement of snake venom.
Despite facing multiple rounds of questioning, Yadav denied all accusations. During the sting operation conducted by People for Animals, nine snakes were discovered at the party, all of which had their venom glands removed. Additionally, eight out of nine snakes were found to be missing their teeth.
The rave party incident dates back to November 3, 2023. It was held at a banquet hall in Noida Sector 51. Yadav was not present at the party.
