Elvish Yadav In Fresh Trouble, YouTuber Gives Death Threats To An Animal Activist: Reports

Controversy surrounds YouTuber Elvish Yadav once again as recent reports indicate a complaint was filed against him for alleged death threats directed at the People’s For Animal (PFA) animal activist in Ghaziabad. Sourabh Gupta, the PFA officer, lodged the complaint in the Nandgram area, claiming that since his team exposed the Sname Venom Case gang in Noida, he and his brother have been receiving repeated threats via social media from Elvish Yadav.

According to reports, in his complaint, Gupta expressed fear for his life and held Elvish and his fans responsible if any harm befell him or his brother. Authorities are currently investigating the case.

Last year, Elvish Yadav faced legal trouble when an FIR was filed against him in connection with a rave party where snakes and venom were allegedly discovered. Animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi accused the YouTuber of supplying snake venom to rave parties in Noida.

Elvish was questioned on November 7, 2023, during which he implicated singer Fazilpuria in supplying snakes to the alleged rave party. A viral video showing Elvish handling snakes added to the controversy, although Fazilpuria later clarified that the video was from one of his album shoots.

In response, Elvish Yadav released a video denying all allegations, deeming them baseless and lacking evidence. He threatened to file a defamation case against Maneka Gandhi while asserting that the accusations were entirely unfounded.
