Actor Taha Shah Badussha is on a career high following the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar.’ Badussha has now signed a three-film deal with Ramesh Sippy Entertainment.
The first film in this deal will be directed by Rohan Sippy, known for his work on “Bluffmaster,” “Dum Maaro Dum,” and “Nautanki Saala,” and for serving as the showrunner on “Aranyak.”
Rohan Sippy praised Taha Shah Badussha in a press note shared by the actor’s team, saying, “Taha brings a unique energy and presence to the screen. I have seen his work in ‘Taj’ and ‘Heeramandi,’ and his commitment to his craft and ability to connect with audiences is commendable.”
Badussha expressed his excitement about the deal, stating, “It is an honor to sign a three-film deal with Ramesh Sippy Entertainment. Working with Rohan Sippy is an absolute dream. Before “Heeramandi,” Taha Shah Badussha appeared in films such as “Barkhaa” (2015), “Baar Baar Dekho” (2016), “Ranchi Diaries” (2017), and “Gippi.”
