Their eight-year romance culminated in a royal wedding that took place at the Nahargarh Palace in Ranthambore, Rajasthan. A sweet wedding video featuring the couple exchanging garlands was posted by X user @tinasinster. Social media users quickly began sharing the video. During the wedding ceremony, an emotional Sonarika can be seen hugging and comforting her husband in the video.

Following their engagement in the Maldives in May 2022, the couple celebrated with a roka ceremony in Goa. There will be a reception in Vikas’s Faridabad hometown afterward. The Dastaan-E-Mohabbat Salim Anarkali actress had posted beautiful photos and videos from her haldi ceremony ahead of their nuptials. Wearing a gorgeous yellow saree that was already draped, she perfectly matched Vikas’s kurta-pajama ensemble.
