‘Odela 2’ First Look: Tamannaah Bhatia plays devotee Lord Shiva’s devotee in Sampath Nandi Film

Tamannaah Bhatia is one of the busiest actresses in the Telugu film industry. The ‘Milky Beauty’ has impressed fans with her sincere performances and glamorous reel image. She will soon be seen in ‘Odela 2’, which features her in a new avatar. On Friday, March 8, the ‘Baahubali’ star unveiled her look from the thriller.

She  plays Shiva Shakhti, a naga sadhu, in the flick. She is seen sporting a saffron bindi with a damarukam in her hand. The poster comes of the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri. 

‘Odela 2’, directed by Sampath Nandi, is set in a village with rich traditions and a distinct culture. It centres of a saviour who protects people from dangerous foes. It is a sequel to ‘Odela Railway Station’, which was released on Aha in 2022.

It revolved around a serial killer who murders married women. ‘Odela Railway Station’ featured Hebah Patel,  Vasishta N Simha, and Pujita Ponnada in the lead. Hebah and Vasishta are set to reprise their roles in ‘Odela 2’.

The sequel’s cast  includes Yuva, Naga Mahesh, Vamshi, Gagan Vihari, Surender Reddy, Bhupal, and Pooja Reddy.  Ajaneesh Loknath of Kantara fame will compose its soundtrack.

Tamannaah, meanwhile, is going through a busy phase on the work front. She was recently seen in ‘Bandra’, her first Malayalam film. The film featured her as the leading lady opposite Dileep and garnered attention with its stylish posters. It, however, ended up being a flop.

She also made noise with her work in ‘Lust Stories season 2’ and ‘Jee Karda’. Tamannaah will soon be seen in ‘Vedaa’, starring John Abraham. . She also has ‘Aranmanai 4’, a Tamil horror comedy, in her kitty.
