In the Nisha Pahuja movie, three of their relatives sexually abuse the father’s 13-year-old daughter, prompting the father to fight for justice. The movie will be available on Netflix, according to the report as well. Mindy Kaling and Dev Patel have also joined as executive producers.
Priyanka shared this on social media and said that the movie moved her when she saw it in Toronto in 2022. She said, “I’m thrilled to announce that Netflix has acquired the worldwide distribution rights to this moving film, directed by Nisha Pahuja, and to join the amazing team of the Academy Award-nominated documentary To Kill A Tiger. Upon initially viewing this film in 2022, I was enthralled with its poignant story, which portrayed a father’s courageous battle within the legal system to ensure justice for his daughter. This project is proof of the unwavering resolve and limitless love of a committed father for his beloved daughter.
