The 30th edition of the Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG) unfolded on Saturday, celebrating outstanding achievements in both film and television. Hosted annually by the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA), the event recognized stellar performances throughout the year. Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer emerged as the big winner, securing three top honors, including Outstanding Cast, Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for Cillian Murphy, and Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role for Robert Downey Jr.
In the film category, Lily Gladstone claimed the coveted Actress in a Lead Role award for her remarkable performance in Flowers Of The Killer Moon, while Da’Vine Joy Randolph received the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role accolade for The Holdovers.
On the television front, Succession, The Bear, and Beef emerged as major winners. Barbra Streisand was also recognized with the prestigious SAG Life Achievement Award, presented by actors Jennifer Aniston and Bradley Cooper.
