Although Dalljiet Kaur and her spouse Nikhil Patel have opted not to address divorce speculations, the former Bigg Boss 13 contestant and her husband, a businessman based in the UK, have unfollowed one another on Instagram. Also, Dalljiet has omitted the word “Patel” from her name. Their marriage ended a year ago. When the actress removed their wedding photos from Instagram earlier this month, rumors of Dalljiet and Nikhil’s breakup began to circulate. The pair hasn’t yet responded to it, though. After getting married to Dalljiet last year, Nikhil actually changed his Instagram bio to “Girl Dad” instead of “Girl Boy Dad.”
For those who don’t know, Nikhil is the father of a daughter from his first marriage, while Dalljiet is the mother of a son from her prior marriage to Shalin Bhanot. Following rumors of Dalljiet and Nikhil’s breakup on social media, her team released a statement, though it omitted any specifics about their split. “I hereby state that Dalljiet and Jaydon (her son) are in India currently for Dalljiet’s dad’s surgery, which required them to be beside him, and her Maa’s surgery as well,” the statement said. Furthermore, I would simply like to state that because the children are in the photo, Dalljiet would prefer not to comment on anything at this time.
Nikhil and Dalljiet exchanged vows in March 2023. The television actress was previously married to Shalin Bhanot, her co-star in Kulvaddhu. This is her second marriage. But five years after getting married and having their son Jaydon in 2014, the couple filed for divorce in 2015.
