The much-anticipated film of the year, ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,’ featuring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, has elevated fans’ excitement with the release of its title track. Akshay Kumar took to X to share the song with the caption, “Tere peeche tera yaar khada,” accompanied by a music video featuring both actors dancing in khaki green outfits.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Jerash’s Roman theatre in Abu Dhabi, the song delivers a visual feast for fans. The on-screen bromance between Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff takes centre stage, exuding undeniable charm.

Diverging from the title track of the 1998 hit film, the new song incorporates only the iconic phrase ‘bade to bade miyan, chote miyan subhanallah’ from the original. Choreographed by Bosco-Caesar, the track is sung by Anirudh Ravichander and Vishal Mishra, with lyrics penned by Irshad Kamil.

Producer Jackky Bhagnani discussed the creative process, stating, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is a visual spectacle that will enthral the masses and the youth. Vishal Mishra has added a unique sound that is fresh and builds on the premise of Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff dancing to a foot-tapping number.”

He continued, “We wanted to create something cool that everyone would enjoy watching on the big screen. This is popcorn entertainment at its best. The hookline of the song ‘Tere piche tera yaar khada’ is undeniably one of the catchiest melodies, leaving a lasting impression on music lovers.”

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film is scheduled to hit theaters on Eid 2024. Shot across various locations, including Mumbai, London, Abu Dhabi, Scotland, and Jordan, the pan-India film is gaining attention for its grand scale and Hollywood-style cinematic visuals.

In addition to Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, the film features Prithviraj Sukumaran in a captivating villainous role, along with Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar, and Alaya F in significant roles.

The official teaser of the film, unveiled recently, received a positive response from fans. Ali Abbas Zafar expressed his excitement, saying, “Extreme hard work and commitment of shooting in multiple countries with the most talented crew from different parts of the world has gone behind bringing Bade Miyan Chote Miyan to the audiences.”

Producer Jackky Bhagnani added, “The teaser tells its own story with larger-than-life action and the perfect portrayal of iconic roles by Akshay Sir and Tiger Shroff. Additionally, Prithviraj adds a surprising twist, making him the hidden gem. I am thrilled to have our action heroes on board; Ali’s magic is evident once again.”

‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ is set to face stiff competition at the box office, going head-to-head with Ajay Devgn’s period sports drama film ‘Maidaan.’
