Who Is Mandy Moore’s Husband? Singer Welcomes New Child With Taylor Goldsmith

Mandy Moore, the Hollywood singer and actor, has welcomed her third child, a baby girl, with her husband, singer-songwriter Taylor Goldsmith.

Already a mother to two boys, Moore shared a touching photo from the hospital after the birth, revealing her newborn daughter’s name.

In an emotional Instagram post, Moore introduced her “dream girl” to the world, writing, “Lou is here! Louise Everett Goldsmith arrived happy, healthy, and right in time for Virgo season. She is our absolute dream girl, and her big brothers are already as smitten with her as we are. We are endlessly grateful for our family of five (and our very own big three) and savoring every moment of this special time.”

Back in May, Moore shared a picture of her sons and announced that her third child would be a girl. She captioned it, “Sometimes life imitates art. The third in our own Big Three is on the way. Can’t wait for these boys to have a baby sister.”

In the months leading up to the birth, she posted adorable photos of her sons, August and Oscar, adding, “Not sure where baby sister will fit in, but I’m so thankful for this sibling love.”

Moore was previously married to singer Ryan Adams, with whom she split after seven years. She tied the knot with Taylor Goldsmith in 2018. The couple welcomed their first son, August ‘Gus’ Harrison, in February 2021, and their second son, Oscar ‘Ozzie’ Bennett, in October 2022.

Who Is Mandy Moore’s Husband?

Mandy Moore married musician Taylor Goldsmith in a backyard ceremony in Los Angeles in November 2018. Fast forward to 2024, and the couple has just welcomed their third child.

Goldsmith is the frontman of the indie rock band Dawes, which has released eight albums. He has even garnered the admiration of Moore’s This Is Us co-star, Chris Sullivan. During an appearance on Busy Tonight, Sullivan expressed his fondness for Goldsmith, saying, “I’ve fallen in love with Mandy Moore’s husband. We’re having a real bromance… He and I bonded over music. As soon as we met, I bought all of their records. He’s producing my next record.”

In June 2019, both Moore and Goldsmith began sharing moments from their time in the recording studio. On September 17, she released her debut single from her first album since 2009, which she collaborated on with Goldsmith.

Moore has previously discussed how her seven-year marriage to musician Ryan Adams hindered her musical creativity. However, she noted that working alongside Goldsmith as her partner made the experience particularly meaningful.
