A woman has filed a lawsuit alleging s*xual assault and harassment by Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son Christian “King” Combs while she worked on the rapper’s yacht. In the complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Grace O’Marcaigh, 25 at the time, claims Christian, 26, s*xually assaulted, s*xually harassed, and inflicted emotional distress on her while she was a steward on a yacht chartered by Diddy in late December 2022.

What Is Christian Combs’ S*xual Assault Case All About?

O’Marcaigh alleges that on December 28, 2022, a heavily intoxicated Christian boarded the yacht where she was serving dinner and drinks to guests from 6pm to 6am. She claims Christian pressured her to take a shot of tequila which she suspects was spiked, then began groping her body and private parts. The complaint includes audio recordings allegedly capturing O’Marcaigh declining alcohol, telling Christian to stop touching her, and what sounds like kissing noises.

O’Marcaigh claims later that night Christian blocked her exit and tried to force her to perform oral s*x until someone entered the room. She provides photos of bruises on her arms allegedly caused by Christian grabbing her. O’Marcaigh says she complained to the captain but he did not investigate. She claims the captain retaliated against her until she was fired in May 2023. After losing her job, she says she suffered severe mental health issues including suicidal thoughts, an eating disorder, and seizures due to the incident. These allegations add to several other lawsuits accusing sexual abuse that Diddy denies.
