In the midst of heightened political tension in the Indian capital, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has issued his second directive from his current detention within the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) custody. In response to these concerns, Kejriwal has instructed the Health Minister to take immediate measures to ensure that free medical tests are conducted at Mohalla clinics and that essential medicines are readily available in hospitals and clinics across the city.
