Prabhas, Kriti Sanon’s ‘Adipurush’ trailer out

The celebration of this momentous occasion lasted two days, to match the grandeur and magnificence of the film.

Prabhas, Kriti Sanon’s ‘Adipurush’ trailer out

On Tuesday afternoon, the trailer for ‘Adipurush’ was released. Prabhas took to Instagram to share the trailer for the upcoming mythological pan-India film and a poster of himself as Lord Rama.

“Hari Anant, Hari Katha Ananta,” he captioned the post. Salute to Shri Ram. The #AdipurushTrailer is now available! #Adipurush will be released in theatres worldwide on June 16th.”

The celebration of this momentous occasion lasted two days, to match the grandeur and magnificence of the film. The trailer was first shown exclusively to Prabhas fans in Hyderabad, followed by a grand launch event in Mumbai attended by the star cast, director, and producer. The trailer was released in 70 countries around the world, making it a truly global celebration.

The trailer depicted an epic battle between the forces of good and evil, with Prabhas standing out for his commanding screen presence.
Unlike the teaser, the new video doesn’t reveal much about Lankesh, who appears in disguise halfway through the film and then briefly at the end.

The teaser for ‘Adipurush’ was released on October 2 among fans and media on the bank of Sarayu in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The film, which has a massive budget of Rs 500 crores, is expected to be nothing short of a visual spectacle. However, netizens were dissatisfied with the teaser, which was trolled on the internet due to its VFX.

Om Raut’s film ‘Adipurush’ is a mythological drama based on the epic Ramayana. Prabhas plays Lord Ram, Kriti Sanon plays Sita, and Sunny Singh plays Lakshman in the film. Saif Ali Khan will play the role of Ravan in the film.

The update was also shared on the film’s official Instagram account. They released images of the new poster in five languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The filmmakers also recently announced that ‘Adipurush’ will be screened at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York on June 13.

Prabhas will also appear in the upcoming action thriller ‘Salaar,’ as well as ‘Project K,’ alongside Deepika Padukone.
