On Friday morning, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah will e-inaugurate various development projects of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority.
On Friday, around 10.30 a.m., Shah will inaugurate the development works via video conferencing. Amit Shah, a Lok Sabha member from Gujarat’s Gandhinagar, will dedicate to the city the development works of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) worth more than Rs 150 crore.
Among the AMC and AUDA projects to be dedicated to Ahmedabad by the Home Minister are new smart schools, a new overbridge, a pedestal subway, a senior citizens cum recreation park, a drainage pumping station, and five Anganwadis.
The new overbridge is expected to be built near the Sardar Patel ring road in Ahmedabad, while the Home Minister is also expected to inaugurate a pedestal subway near the GST crossing, a senior citizens cum recreation park in Nava Vadaj ward, new smart schools in Chandkheda, Sabarmati, Shela, Thaltej, and Sarkhej, a drainage pumping station in Shela, and a network and five Anganwadis.
