Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao unveiled the initial list of candidates from the Bharatiya Rashtra Samiti (BRS) party for the forthcoming state legislative assembly elections. The list discloses the nominees for a total of 119 assembly seats.
As per the revealed lineup, CM K Chandrasekhar Rao, also the head of BRS party has listed positions in two constituencies: Kamareddy and Gajwel. In the same vein, Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) has been nominated as a contender for the Sircilla constituency in the assembly elections.
Simultaneously, T. Padma Rao, the Deputy Speaker has been designated as a contestant in the Secunderabad elections. Dasyam Vinay Bhasker is set to contend from Warangal West, whereas Nannapuneni Narender has been selected to participate in the elections for Warangal East.
The upcoming Telangana legislative assembly election in 2023 is slated to take place later this year, aiming to elect all 119 members of the state legislature.
