China angry with Taiwanese President’s US visit

China on Wednesday warned Taiwan’s President Tsai Ing-wen not to meet the US House Speaker. It is known that Tsai Ing-wen started a 10-day US tour on Wednesday. Angered by this, China has given this warning.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning said the US side continues to conspire to support Taiwan’s independent separatist forces and called Washington to stop dangerous acts undermining the political foundation of China-US relations.

Let us tell you that when Taiwan’s President Ing-Wen left for America, she said that Taiwan has every right to join the world. Before Tsai Ing Wen’s visit, she said that if Taiwan’s President meets US House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, she will attack completely because Beijing will not keep quiet about violating its sovereignty.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning said, “It is not the Chinese side that overreacts, but the US side, which continues to support Taiwan’s independence separatist forces.” President Tsai Ing-wen left for America on Wednesday for a 10-day visit from Taiwan.

Tsai Ing-wen told reporters before departure, “Chinese pressure will not stop our determination to move towards the international society.” Tsai said, “We are calm, confident, uncompromising and non-provocative.” Let us tell you that last year, after US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited Taiwan, China fired several missiles and started military exercises around Taiwan. His visit also strained bilateral relations between the US and China.
