Haryana Govt Introduces Rs 2,750 Monthly Pension Scheme for Unmarried Individuals Aged 45-60

The Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar, announced on Thursday that individuals between the ages of 45 and 60, who are unmarried, will now be eligible to receive a monthly pension of Rs 2,750. This benefit will be provided to those whose annual income is less than Rs 1.80 lakh.

During a press conference on Thursday, Chief Minister Khattar stated, “I now declare that unmarried men and women in the age group of 45 to 60 years in Haryana will be granted a monthly pension of Rs 2,750. This pension will be extended to individuals with an annual income below Rs 1.80 lakh.” Haryana Chief Minister, Khattar, made an additional announcement, stating that widowers between the ages of 40 and 60 would be entitled to a monthly pension of Rs 2,750, provided their annual income does not exceed Rs 3 lakh. Emphasizing this point, he added that widowers within the age bracket of 40 to 60, with an annual income below Rs 3 lakh, will also receive a monthly pension of Rs 2,750. Furthermore, he clarified that these beneficiaries will automatically start receiving their old age pension once they reach the age of 60. On a related note, CM Khattar had previously disclosed on June 26 the implementation of a monthly mobile allowance for Haryana Police personnel up to the rank of inspector.

The Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr Khattar, has officially announced the revision of salaries for various ranks within the police force. As per the announcement, Constables and Head Constables will now receive a monthly salary of Rs 200, while Assistant Sub-Inspectors will be entitled to Rs 250. Furthermore, Sub-Inspectors will receive a revised salary of Rs 300, and Inspectors will now be eligible for Rs 400 per month.
