The most grave situation currently is water. Sometimes it is too lest and sometimes it is the opposite. However, no one takes the responsibility for it.”

Sehrawat then spoke about how 3 UPSC aspirants died due to the basement of a coaching centre getting flooded adding water indeed is the biggest crucial point for the national capital.  She then sarcastically took a dig at how children have started getting school holidays due to pollution. Circling back to 3 youngsters dying in Old Rajinder Nagar, she said sewage should have been cleaned earlier.

AAP’s National Spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar: BJP Government Does Not Accept Accountability

AAP’s new national chief spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar expressed her opinion when asked why is it always the people who suffer amid the constant tussle between Congress and BJP.

Recalling the Old Rajinder Nagar incident, Kakkar shared, “It was an unfortunate incident and it should not have happened. Our minister Saurabh Bhardwaj even released a video where it was show how  The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act was implemented after a gruesome fight of eight years. However, BJP just passed an ordinance on the same and snatched the services from us.”

She continued, “This led to officers getting controlled by the central government. Now, in the video shared, our ministers can be seen continuously questioning the about the mishap but the officer kept delaying it.”

Priyanka Kakkar also said she is a big fan of Kamaljeet Sehrawat due to her achievements but unfortunately she was from BJP. She continued while taking a dig at Brij Bhushan saying, “If we look at the statistics, there has only been a surge in corruption under Brij Bhushan’s Janta Party. Hindus were pit against Muslim, students have been troubled with NEET paper leak women, on the other hand, are worried about the increase in LPG prices.”

She added, “Unemployment is on a record 45-year record high, rupee is an all-time low historically. The rupee is having a freefall and at the same time, Nirmala Sitharaman says the rupee is not falling, it is the dollar which is experiencing a surge. The BJP government does not accept accountability.”

Coming to the situation of Delhi, Kakkar added, “There used to be schools with tin roofs. However, it is the only state which gets electricity 24×7. In fact, the highest per capita income  in the country is of Delhi.  We also pay the highest amount of taxes and yet the central government never helps with the money.”
