In a major development, the Indian Army, along with other security forces, has reached the strategic hilltops of Jammu & Kashmir following a directive from the Union Government for increased troop deployment in the region. This decisive move is aimed at enhancing the forces’ ability to track and neutralize terrorists operating within Jammu.
Four back-to-back anti-terror operations are underway across key locations, including Anantnag, Kishtwar, Udhampur, and Doda. These operations are focused on eliminating terrorist threats in these areas. Reports indicate that approximately 15 to 16 terrorists are trapped across these four encounter sites.
