Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s upcoming visit to Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve in Assam, jeep safaris and elephant rides will be temporarily closed in Kohola’s Kaziranga region from March 7 to 9.
Arun Vignesh, forest officer of the wildlife department in eastern Assam, said: “Jeep safari and elephant rides in Kaziranga district of Kohola will not be open to tourists.
