Prime Minister Narendra Modi is poised to file his nomination from the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat today, commencing with spiritual rituals at Dashwamedh Ghat. Expressing his deep bond with Kashi, PM Modi emphasized the city’s significance. Varanasi holds immense importance in the electoral landscape, being a stronghold for the BJP and PM Modi. A grand roadshow accompanied his nomination, resonating with chants of ‘Har Har Mahadev’ and ‘Jai Shree Ram’. Opposition from the Congress underscores the electoral dynamics. PM Modi’s nomination symbolizes his commitment to Varanasi’s development, as voters prepare for the final phase of the Lok Sabha polls.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi   undertook roadshow from Lanka Chowk in Varanasi, accompanied by Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath. PM Modi, who is the incumbent MP and candidate from Varanasi, is joined by Congress’ UP party chief Ajay Rai as his opponent in the constituency.
